Hi, I’m Vincent and I work as a Call center customer service representative and a graphic designer. I’m glad you’re checking out my profile. I have a Bachelors in Graphic Design and I’m currently working to get my Master’s in Humanities and Social Sciences. I’ve been drawing since I can remember. I have experience in both print and promotional design. I have experience in logo design, business cards, stationary, brochure design and print ads. I’ve been told that my work can make any company look professional. I have experience in Cintiq drawing tablets, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop CC.
I understand the essence of being an approachable customer service representative for a call center. I understand that excellent customer service requires that the representative be familiar with the product, able to troubleshoot technology issues, and very capable in the use of language. The first step in demonstrating these skills is to convey a calm, understanding, helpful and friendly demeanor to the customers. The second step is to be able to glean facts from the customers about their problem and then be able to pinpoint where it lies in his or her technology or usage. The last step is to put forth a solution or offer a direction for them to go in. In my experience, if these three steps are executed properly, I have been able to both troubleshoot the issue as well as reassure and educate the customer. Many customers will come to us with a problem that is not about our product, but about their own ability to use it. I’m very capable in helping them to understand the technology in a way that the problem is no longer a mystery and that they can properly use the product at home or on the job. If a problem is a product defect, I am able to convey that to the customer and then find the best solution for them to move forward. I will treat every customer with patience and understanding as if I were talking to a friend.
